Returns, refunds and cancellations
If any product that we send to you is faulty or damaged we will replace it or reimburse you in full for the product, including the cost of delivery. If a product is faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within seven days of receipt of the product. All faulty or damaged products must be returned to us and any refunds and reimbursements (including your postage costs back to us) will be paid within 30 days of receipt by us. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any damage in the post.
