Small Whole Lamb and Mint Salami
A unique take on Salami showcasing the quality of our Sutherland reared free-range rare breed lamb. A subtle blend of lamb and mint which is best served at room temperature. Due to the success of the sliced Lamb and Mint Salami we decided to make this in a small whole size so you can slice it yourself.
This is our personal favourites – it is full of flavour. A real crowd-pleaser served on its own or as part of a meat platter.
Weights vary but will be at least 180g.
Ingredients:- Sutherland reared free-range rare breed lamb (63%) and pork (34%), Mint, Garlic, Black Pepper, Dextrose, preservative (Sodium Nitrite). Allergens in bold.
Gluten, Wheat and Lactose free.
Approximately 140g of lamb is used to produce 100g of finished product
