Our Lomo (pork loin) is dry marinated for 3 weeks before being air dried for at least 6-8 weeks. It melts in the mouth and is well worth the wait!
Ingredients:- Sutherland reared free-range rare breed pork (95.8%), Salt, Dextrose, Black Pepper, Sweet Smoked Paprika, Garlic, preservative (Sodium Nitrite and Potassium Nitrate). Allergens in bold.

Approximately 140g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product
