Highland Cure is a small family business based on the north coast of the Scottish Highlands, producing delicious cured meats and salami from 100% home reared, free-range, rare breed, pork and lamb.
Livestock are slow grown on our croft to the highest welfare standards and the charcuterie is crafted in handmade batches to ensure the best quality products.
